Grand Libra Rising: A Day of Celebration and Reflection

Its time to Celebrate!! Its my Birthday...and One Year of Blogging!! OMG!!

Today's the BIG DAY!!

The start of my 43rd Earth Rotation around the Sun.

A Libra Rises yet again on his Birthday.

Yay!!

But there's also something else to celebrate as well (though I'm about two weeks to early... But still)

I am a year in with starting my blog journey! Between the M-Tea MindSpace and the WRITEntanglement Experience, I have published over 50 blogs. Thats a yearly set of observations, deep thoughts, and intuitional bursts on a variety of subjects on a weekly basis.

A momentous occasion for celebration and reflection.

I've taken my experiences and quotations to show a different option... A different way for us to live that starts from within... That rhymes so it must be true.

It's safe to say I've had at least 365 pairs of eyes on my writing. One reader per day, even if YOU didn't read all of it. You SAW it... And that means the world to me. To be able to put something out and it helps Someone. It hypes someone up. It gets people to THINK and FEEL.

I had my bouts where I was hard on myself because progress and visibility were so slow. But I've also seen subtle signs that I am on the right track. Besides, doing this helps me heal and pulls authentic 'FUTURE' me closer to this reality. So I am going to keep on going and build a community around me, no matter how small.

Celebration and Reflection

This year, I have learned a lot and started venturing into some new things. I joined a Writing Community in which I've taken quite a few courses to boost my skills (regrettably, I haven't been as active as I should be but that'll change because I need to network more).

I also started to venture into Tarot and Oracle cards, tapping into my intuition and gathering guidance that way...developing more trust with it (its been pretty eye opening even though it was a little scary at first).

Ive gone through two revisions of the Blade of Echoes and have received rave reviews about the context of the story as well as the characters themselves, especially Deimos (Death before Dishonor my guy). I've been digging deep into breaking my self-imposed curse via my fears and scarcity beliefs, to the point that I've been writing down daily reminders as to why I am NOT Scarce. I'm looking to do the same with the fears that I've had in an effort to understand those fears, embrace them, and work with them.

I'm in a relationship now that is thriving moment to moment...who would've thought? The Universe certainly did that's for sure. So I will keep on building towards that future, and I know she's all in too. It's more than I hoped for and I am very grateful for the chance to love and be loved again.

What's Next

As for what is next for me - continuing to build myself up.

To turn the oven knob even hotter with my creativity. Taking more calculated risks because my fears were telling me no its not safe to do it. I don't want to shy away from growth anymore.

I want to work on developing myself as a Writer, as a Parent, as a Man, as ME.

I want to develop a Newsletter that people can sign up to, call it 'The WRITE Up' and drop it once a month. I want to have members join and get updates via email so they can get to know the Writer Between the Lines. I want to share more of my thoughts and insights on places like Threads and BlueSky. I'm starting to lean away from normal practices on social media in general. I need to big myself up more organically.

I want to venture into the 'Review' space. Not sure what I want to niche into, or if I want to say f*ck it and freestyle review some things from back in the day...

Max's Madd Late Reviews (Haha - because I tend to catch onto shows and stuff late). I can do Games, Movies, Comics, TV shows even. I'll do some research and let you all know! Send me some recommendations to consider and I'll get right to work!

I want to open up a Men's Group for a small amount of brothers on Discord. A group where we can share experiences, check in from day to day and help one another. Simple. No one needs to be better than the next or promote competition.

We all need to heal. We all need encouragement.

So if you are a man and you want to link up please let me know. If it blows up beyond 10 people great, and if it doesn't that's okay too...but Men in general don't get to TELL their stories...we have to SHOW our greatness without signs of the struggle and pressure it took to get here...and that's bullsh*t. Everyone deserves to tell their story and have it listened to with the fullest extent of care and consideration. So I will be working on that and have it up by the end of the year.

I have a few more things I am looking into doing this year, but one thing I will do is follow the trend of getting a little bit better everyday. No matter how small the movement, its still movement. Even a down step can be valuable because I'll have a chance to regroup and figure out of these are ideas worth continuing to push for, or should I pursue other ventures that perhaps resonate more with who I am. Whatever the case, these ideas are flowing in my mind for a reason, because I am Scarlet Letter M, I am a Creative, and I Evolve through my Wordplay.
